Harmony Veterinary Services Inc. operates harmonyvetservices.ca. This policy explains what we collect through this corporate website and how we use it. Each hospital in the network will have a separate website and privacy policy covering client and patient information.
Our contact form collects your name, email address, reason for contacting us and message. You may also provide a phone number. If you book a call, Calendly collects the scheduling details you enter under its own privacy policy.
Netlify hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. The logs help keep the site secure and running.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
We use your email address only to reply to you. We do not send marketing email or add you to a mailing list.
We use Netlify to host this site and process the contact form, and Calendly to manage call bookings. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else except where required by law.
The site loads Plus Jakarta Sans and Material Symbols from Google Fonts. This gives Google your IP address and basic browser information, which Google handles under its own privacy policy.
Netlify, Calendly, and Google may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Their handling of it is covered by their own privacy policies.
We keep contact information for the purpose you provided it and for as long as it remains useful for that purpose. We delete it when you ask.
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by emailing eric@harmonyvetservices.ca.
